Samenvatting
For the judgment and estimation of a method of traffic signal steering are criteria to be found, which are relevant to all kind of drivers. The methods of measurement of the chosen criterion must be simple, objective and extensive. In this article the both usual methods for measurement of journey times put opposite and discussed.
