Samenvatting
The system road-network-vehicle as a spatial unlocking "traffic problem" gives problems which arise by the fully freedom of mobility of the individual traffic mode. For the study of these problems, the knowledge of the correlation of the traffic flow with all factors as driver, vehicle, highway, weather etc., is wanted. This studies quantifies systematically the real dependence of numerous influence-magnitudes and their effects on traffic flow by means of measurement programs.
